Joseph is a service-disabled veteran and systems architect with over 20 years of experience across mission-critical operations, enterprise systems, and AI engineering. He built ARIA OS from first principles to address conditions where cloud-dependent AI fails: denied environments, unstable networks, and high-stakes workflows that demand deterministic behavior.
His work focuses on sovereign compute, offline autonomy, and architectures that remain stable under stress. Joseph has led the design and implementation of ARIA Kernel V3, Memory V2, TaskGraph V2, and the DefenseOps stack. He is also a published author in AI and operational systems.
